On motherhood playing a profound role in shaping the direction of her brand

Motherhood changed everything for me. It made me even more aware of the environments we create for our children and how the spaces they grow up in shape their sense of comfort and security.

On the influence of her mother, China Robinson, who not only raised her but also helped manage her early modeling career

My mother taught me strength, independence, and integrity. She showed me what it looks like to lead with confidence but also with kindness. Now with my own daughters, I try to pass on those same values — believing in themselves, working hard, and treating people with respect.

On celebrating Mother’s Day

I always try to make it special and meaningful. We usually do something simple and full of love, like spending time together as a family and reminding [my mother] how grateful we are for everything she’s done.

On redefining representation within the fashion industry

I hope Chasa becomes a brand that represents warmth, inclusivity, and authenticity. Representation has always been important to me, and I want the brand to reflect the idea that comfort and beauty belong to everyone. If the legacy of Chasa is creating spaces where people feel seen, calm, and inspired in their own homes, that would mean everything to me.

On her entrepreneurial endeavors being deeply personal

What excites me most is building something that reflects my own voice and experiences. Modeling gave me incredible opportunities, but this allows me to share something more personal. Watching an idea turn into a product that becomes part of someone’s daily life is incredibly fulfilling. This chapter feels very creative and very intentional — and I’m excited to continue growing it.
