Burgerology USA introduces “Eddie the Greek” for April of 2026. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.

Their “Burger of the Month” is stacked with flavor, and it is called “Eddie the Greek” lamb burger. It is an 8 oz USDA lamb burger on a toasted brioche bun, topped with feta, mixed greens, pickled red onions, and housemade tzatziki; moreover, it is served with Burgerology’s hand-cut fries.

If you’ve been with us for a while, you might remember this one… and yes, we brought it back for a limited time.

Savory, fresh, and packed with that perfect Mediterranean twist. It is available this month only.

Owner John Galatoulas noted that “The Eddie The Greek is a special one” because it is named after his father “It is built on tradition, flavor, and a story that’s been part of our journey.”

“It’s not just something we added to the menu. It’s something we brought back with intention. If you know, you know. And if you don’t… now’s the time. Available for a limited time at Burgerology locations across Long Island and NYC,” he added.
