Actor Andrew Gray of “Power Rangers Megaforce” has paid a moving tribute to his late father on social media.
In a poignant post on Instagram, Gray expressed, “Happy Heavenly birthday, Daddieo. Today we celebrate you, the man who built us, protected us, and showed us what it means to be a father. You grew up in a broken home, but you became our foundation. You were our provider, our protector, our guide. You were never trying to be our friend, you were our father, and that’s what made you great. We lived life together. The ocean, fishing, camping, diving, the outdoors. Those were your proudest moments, being with your kids, creating memories that will live on forever. You worked hard and you lived hard. Strong, intense, serious, yet soft and full of love. We always knew where we stood with you. You taught me discipline, work ethic, to measure twice and cut once, and how to let things go. You showed me what it means to show up for your family no matter what.”
Gray continued, “I miss your laugh. I miss you calling me Bubba. I miss your hugs and those forehead kisses. I miss you knocking on the door in the morning, excited for another day together. You weren’t perfect, but you were our hero. Everyone knew you as the man, Dave. The one who had a plan. The one people could rely on. A cowboy at heart who worked with his hands, loved his country, his music, and his family. Today, I feel you more present than ever. Guiding me. Strengthening me. Pushing me forward with more clarity, more purpose, more faith. I love you, Dad. Forever. Happy Heavenly Birthday.”
In other Andrew Gray news, he is starring as Michael in the short film “Integrity,” which was written and directed by Alicia Hayes, who also stars in it as the “Boss.”
