Kindle Unlimited is an eBook service which offers access to a library of over one million eBooks for £7.99 per month.

The Kindle Unlimited library includes access to beloved books such as the Harry Potter series, while you’ll also be able to listen to thousands of eBooks with a membership.

If this sounds like something right up you’re street, but you’re kicking yourself because you didn’t pick up a Kindle eReader when it was on sale for Black Friday then fret not.

You can read Kindle books across a wide variety of devices simply by downloading the Kindle app.

A Kindle eBook can be read on an Amazon Fire Tablet, which comes with Kindle functionality straight out of the box.

But Kindle eBooks – and the Kindle Unlimited service – can also be accessed by downloading the Kindle app for your iOS or Android smartphone or tablet as well as for Windows and macOS machines.

If you’re thinking of heading to the Kindle Unlimited website to sign-up for this deal there’s a few things you need to know.

Firstly, after your trial period is up Kindle Unlimited will automatically renew charging you £7.99 a month.

So if you don’t want to continue using the service after your trial ends then just make sure you cancel before then.

Also, existing Kindle Unlimited subscribers with free trials or paid memberships are not eligible for the promotion.

Once you’ve signed up for Kindle Unlimited membership, you may get a familiar feeling flicking through the library of you’re a Prime subscriber.

That’s because there is some crossover between the Kindle Unlimited library and Prime Reading, which is one of the added extras of being an Amazon Prime member.

However, there are a few things to point out. Kindle Unlimited has a much vaster library than Prime Reading, with the latter boasting a library of over 1,000 eBooks, comics and magazines.

Whereas Kindle Unlimited gives you access to over a million eBooks alone.

Also, Prime Reading has limits on the amount of books you can download onto your device at any given time, whereas Kindle Unlimited – as the name suggests – offers unlimited access.

This latest deal from Amazon offers a saving of £15.98, and it won’t last forever so if you like the sounds of it don’t delaying signing up today.
