Amazon will kick-start this year’s Prime Day sale on Monday, June 21 with the online retailer expected to slash prices across a swathe of products including its popular Echo smart speakers. Prime Day is always a good time for Prime members to bag a bargain but it seems another UK store is fighting back with its own sale.
Currys has just announced the launch of its latest ‘epic’ sale with the tech retailer dropping costs on a number of gadgets including 4K TVs, Google Nest devices, headphone and Philips Hue lighting.
There’s also some deals on Apple’s iPhone with customers able to grab totally unlimited data at no extra cost.
That means you can pop the latest iPhone 12 in your pocket with all you can eat access to the web for just £34.99 per month.
Speaking about the sale, Currys said: “Today, Currys PC World, the UK’s largest electrical retailer and Carphone Warehouse, the UK’s largest independent mobile phone retailer, announce their Epic Deals event, with huge savings across some amazing tech, launching from the 17th June in-store and online.”
