“He came and got me in the car and that’s just when I started crying and that was the real game-changer for me. It was all of the tears I had from when I was probably five.
“All of that pressure I put on myself, in my eyes, was a weakness, I have never been vulnerable in front of another man, full stop.
“But when I came out of it, it was basically the rebirth of me and I needed to do that to find myself.”
