Adrian Quiroz, who repped California in the 2025 Mister USA competition, is now the newly-crowned Mr. Caballero Universal USA. He chatted with #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos about his latest endeavors.
The 2025 Mister USA finals took place on August 30th at The Montalban Theater in Hollywood, and Loews Hollywood Hotel served as the host hotel; both venues made the experience amazing for all parties involved.
Mister USA experience
Mister USA is an American beauty pageant, which is held annually, and the winner goes on to represent the United States in the Mister Universe competition. It is a celebration of culture, diversity, beauty, intelligence and empowerment. They believe in the power of young leaders to make a difference in the world. It is not solely about outer beauty; it recognizes the inner beauty and intelligence of their contestants.
“I had an incredible experience at Mister USA,” he exclaimed. “I had already known that it was going to be a life-changing experience, but what I’ve learned and what I’ve gained from this opportunity is priceless. I was given the chance to share my story and had the opportunity to be vulnerable on a national level. I couldn’t be anymore grateful with the response and love I received from the world after that.”
Quiroz on the brotherhood that formed
“Forming close bonds with the rest of the guys is where I feel like I truly won,” he admitted. “! I’m extremely honored to call them all my brothers. We got to share stories and create individual bonds that we never would have been able to, if it weren’t for the Mister USA Organization and entire Team!”
“We were truly blessed to have been grouped together as the Mister USA 2025 Delegate Cohort,” he added.
Goals moving forward
On his future plans and goals moving forward, he said, “I can only hope to continue to find ways to use my voice for those who feel like they don’t have one, and to motivate and inspire others to find that strength through empathy and personal understanding.”
“I am a strong advocate for building and strengthening our international relationships which I believe goes hand in hand with migration policy reform- I plan on continuing to find opportunities to further pursue my advocacy journey and goals as well,” he added.

Quiroz on his Mr. Caballero Universal win
I feel so grateful and honored to have the opportunity to represent the United States of America, at the 5th Edition of Caballero Universal 2025 hosted in Caracas, Venezuela!
I had always hoped that my personal ventures or passions would allow me to further discover and grow in Latin America, and what better way to start than in the beautiful country of Venezuela with the honor of competing at one of the most prestigious pageants of chivalry. This wouldn’t be possible without the entire Mister USA Team and those supporting me like my family, friends, and old and new international supporters and friends!
Quiroz on the Montalban Theater and staying at Loews Hollywood Hotel

Getting to know everyone and staying at the Loews Hollywood Hotel was the perfect environment. I will always remember Loews as a home away from home.”
