Dr. Evan Schrader represented the state of North Carolina in the 2025 Mister USA competition, and he finished in third place, thus claiming the 2025 Mr. International USA title.

2025 Mister USA Finals
Mister USA is an American beauty pageant, which takes place annually, and the winner goes on to represent the United States in the Mister Universe competition. It is a celebration of culture, diversity, beauty, intelligence and empowerment. They believe in the power of young leaders to make a difference in the world. It is not solely about outer beauty; it recognizes the inner beauty and intelligence of their contestants.
The 2025 Mister USA finals were held on Saturday, August 30th at The Montalban Theater in Hollywood, and Loews Hollywood Hotel served as an exceptional host hotel; both venues made the experience memorable for all.
On his Mister USA experience, Schrader reflected, “It was above and beyond what I expected. The brotherhood was closer than I could have ever expected. Everybody was compassionate and welcomed me with open arms.”
“I met such a great group of guys from diverse backgrounds, and was so fortunate to embrace everyone’s stories,” he acknowledged. “The journey continued to teach me how much there is to learn from having an open mind and sharing stories with everyone who competed.”
“I’m so grateful to have been included in this incredible competition,” he underscored.
“What an honor and privilege it was to represent North Carolina this week competing alongside the most inspiring group of men from across the country at Mister USA,” he noted. “It was a once in a lifetime opportunity just outside my comfort zone, and I’m so glad I went. I’m both humbled and stoked to place in finals and be your new Mister International USA.”
Speaking of Mister International, he remarked, “I am so honored to have been selected from this incredible group of gentlemen! Everyone was so deserving, and I hope to take an inspirational piece from everyone’s journey to represent the men of this country to the best of my abilities.”
Olympic gold medalist and world champion swimmer Michael Phelps said: “If you want to be the best, you have to do things that other people aren’t willing to do.” This quote applies to Schrader, and his life story and indomitable spirit are an inspiration to us all.
