On Sunday, December 7th, world-renowned psychic medium Matt Fraser put on a captivating psychic show at City Winery NYC for an intimate group of fans. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the recap.

As he took the stage, Matt Fraser was greeted with a tremendous applause. He revealed that this is the “smallest show he has ever done” in a pop-up New York fashion. He noted that his gift originated from his grandmother, who passed it down to his mother, and then, his mom passed it down to him. Since it was taboo at the time, his grandmother would never talk about her special gift. As a result, his youth was a real-life “Sixth Sense” movie, where he was the Haley Joel Osment equivalent.

Fraser also told the crowd to “never be afraid of the dead,” because “it’s the living ones that will hurt you.” He also shared that he was an EMT prior to going into mediumship. He started off doing readings for his close friends and family members, and once the word got out as to how good he was, he was offered his own reality TV show.

He shared that he was happy to be at City Winery NYC because there were two forms of spirits in the room (the ones from loved ones above in heaven, as well as the drinks/beverages/wines/mocktails that were served).

The feedback Fraser gave his guests was so specific to the point where some couldn’t believe it (or were left shocked, surprised, and baffled). For most, it felt like a cathartic and healing experience… Only one fan in the audience was disappointed that her father came through in his reading (and stated that she won’t forgive her father for all his wrongdoings on Earth), but as Fraser said: “don’t shoot the messenger.”

Most importantly, throughout the course of the evening, Fraser served as a teacher where he opened up about how the souls communicate with their loved ones. “Souls are trying to get in touch way before you come to see a medium,” he noted.

Faith Hill, who was present at this show remarked, “Matt Fraser has such a beautiful, extraordinary gift — one passed down through his family — and he’s chosen to share it with the world in the most meaningful way. Even if you don’t consider yourself a believer, I truly think just one show could change your mind.”

“Although I didn’t personally receive a message from a loved one, it was incredibly moving to watch so many others connect and hear from the people they’ve lost. The healing in that room was undeniable. It was an honor to meet someone so genuine and warm. Thank you, Matt, for sharing your gift with all of us,” Hill added.

He closed his show by revealing that his latest book is “Don’t Wait Till You’re Dead: Spirits’ Advice from the Afterlife,” which is available on Amazon by clicking here.

The Verdict

Overall, Matt Fraser is the real deal. He left many audience members at City Winery NYC in the heart of Manhattan in tears, goosebumps, and in total awe of his gift.

At the same time, his show was hopeful and filled with a lot of heart. It is highly recommended that one check out Matt Fraser in a live setting whenever he comes in the area (or virtually in a group or individual setting). Bravo Matt Fraser, for yet another powerhouse show.
