Panda performed again on Saturday as they tried to avoid a double elimination on The Masked Singer. The mystery celebrity revealed a new batch of clues before their latest performance and fans of the hit competition have predicted one particular “street” clue implied a ITV soap star is hiding behind the mask.

During the most recent clue VT, Panda noted they had “eyes on the present”.

“If you look too far in the future you can go off-centre,” Panda added.

“As well as my appetite for bamboo I have a hunger for writing,” the mystery celebrity revealed.

The Masked Singer contestant also muttered the phrase “right up my street” and this clue led fans to predict a soap connection.

ITV viewers suggested Panda could have appeared on Coronation Street.

Taking to Twitter, fans shared their predictions that Michelle Connor star Kym Marsh could be hiding behind the mask.

@juniperberry71 tweeted: “#MaskedSingerUK Panda is Kym Marsh I reckon, was on Corrie and the song Pure & Simple.”

“Panda is Kym marsh 100 percent #MaskedSingerUK,” @Robert374374141 added.

After Panda’s performance, judges Mo Gilligan, Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross and Rita Ora revealed who they thought could be hiding behind the mask.

The judging panel were joined by Years & Years and It’s A Sin star Olly Alexander for the evening.

Mo agreed with the fans’ consensus and felt the “street” clue suggested Panda was Kym.

However, Olly pointed out the phrase was famously used by Girls Aloud’s Cheryl.
