As The Rookie will return to screen later in February, it will go against the new season of American Idol, a more on par competitor.
Thankfully for fans, ABC have released a promo video for the upcoming episode and it looks as though the team will encounter Randy, (played by Flula Borg) a bounty hunter.
In the action-packed trailer, John Nolan (Nathan Fillion) and the team will pair up with Randy to capture a criminal.
It also appears as though, there could be a very close call as the clip showed Nolan saving Randy’s life, to which he showed his appreciation and said: “You’re my new best friend.”
