METEOR Fashion show
On being a part of the METEOR Fashion show this past weekend in Staten Island, he exclaimed, “It was a one of a kind show. The energy, creativity, and community made it an unforgettable night and I’m so grateful to have been part of it.”
Bandeira continued, “Moe Abulawy and Kelsey Farley, who are the producers behind METEOR Motives, have been like family to me since I met them back in September during NYFW 2024. They are always very supportive and strive to bring the best product to their shows. It is always a pleasure to work with them, and it really does feel like being a part of a family.”

“What made this show unique was its location,” he admitted. “We modeled inside a lively cantina, Mariachi Mexican Cantina, at a block party in Staten Island. The theme was streetwear, and we had the incredible opportunity to walk for a range of bold and innovative designers who were seasoned fashion professionals.”
Future shows
On his future shows, Bandeira revealed, “I have a James Bond-themed fashion show coming up in June in my hometown of Boston. It is always fun to dress up “The Viking” (me).”

Training for the pull-ups world record
Bandeira also spoke about his training for the pull-ups world record. “Training has been progressing very well and rapidly,” he said.
“It actually has caught me off guard at times because of how much progress I have made from when I started,” he admitted. “Don’t get me wrong, the pain has been excruciating, especially in my hands.”
“So, there is a lot more training and progress to be done but like the current pull-up world record holder Truett Hanes said: ‘nothing worth doing is absent of pain.’ So keep bringing on the pain, it only makes me stronger. The record will fall,” he acknowledged.

Message for his supporters
For his supporters, Bandeira expressed, “I want to thank everyone who has been with me and supported me since the beginning of my modeling journey.”
“There are so many people I’d like to thank and name in this article but one that stands out especially is Jose Alexzander (The owner of Love For Upcycling) who is also the person who gave me my start in the fashion industry to model for him. Thank you Jefe,” he said, effusively.
