Cristian Lager sat down and chatted with #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos at Loews Hollywood Hotel about his latest endeavors.
The actor and model shared that he just moved to Los Angeles from Chicago, Illinois, a few weeks ago.
He revealed that he is signed with Ford Models and with Stewart Talent for acting. “They are the best people; I love them,” he exclaimed.
“I am just living the dream and pursuing everything I can to be the best actor,” he said.
‘Love Score’ vertical
The synopsis is: Daphne (Marie Elizabeth DeWitt), a poor but talented tennis player, fights her future at a rich university but makes a powerful enemy in spoiled star Jackson (Cristian Lager). Their hateful clashes turn into a forbidden romance.
“I did this vertical when I just graduated from college, the University of Illinois. At the time, I was trying to find balance between acting and going to school, which was really interesting,” he said.
“This vertical was for My Drama, and I play a tennis player. Ironically enough, I filmed that right before I had to take a final exam for college,” he said. “Sometime, I was still able to pass!”
“We wrapped that production and it was a lot of fun,” he said. “To get in character for the role of the tennis champion, I had to get tennis lessons and those were a lot of fun. It was such a cool experience and a fun perk of the job because I am a very sporty person who loves playing sports.”
“I’m a very competitive guy. So being able to do a mix of that on the job is very fun,” he added.
Lager thanks the fans
For his fans, he said, “To anyone who consumes any media that I try to put out, thank you!”
“I really appreciate the fans, whether it’s through social media, modeling, or any productions I’ve been a part of. Thank you for the support,” he said.
“I think I can only say, ‘thank you’ to those people that watch because it is you guys that are the ones that support this industry,” he concluded.
“There wouldn’t be an industry without people consuming and loving art. So, anyone, whether that’s art and entertainment in the form of verticals, major networks, TikToks and skits, or modeling… anyone who is able to consume and appreciate art, I really hold in my heart,” he acknowledged.
“I hope that with every single production I am able to be a person who brings an immense amount of value, and hopefully uplifts others while being the best actor, model, and person I can be in that space,” he concluded.
