This past weekend, Ezra Moreland participated in a “Beyond the Brotherhood” swim, which raises awareness on Navy SEALS. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the recap.
Moreland was the inaugural winner of the Hallmark reality show “Finding Mr. Christmas,” and he is a former Navy Rescue swimmer.
“What a great way to start the day,” Moreland exclaimed. “Time to get wet y’all!”
The purpose of Beyond the Brotherhood is to build purpose-driven lives for former Navy SEALs.
Following the swim, he remarked, “This was one of the most amazing things I have ever been able to participate in. Shoutout to Beyond the Brotherhood and Gabrielle Barone.”
“It involved swimming a mile, 22 pull-ups, and 100 pull ups. Then repeat two more times. I couldn’t do it without Gabrielle cheering me on,” he said.
“Don’t forget how far small acts of kindness and leadership go,” Moreland concluded.
