Jen Lilley and Matthew Morrison to star in the new Great American Family holiday film “Paris Christmas Waltz.” #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.

The legacy of Michael and Janeen Damian’s beloved Christmas Waltz franchise is coming to Great American Christmas with the all-new “Paris Christmas Waltz,” which stars Jen Lilley (“Days of Our Lives”), as well as Emmy and Golden Globe nominee, Matthew Morrison (“Glee”””). 

The movie was filmed on location in the world’s most romantic city, Paris. It will sweep the audience into the magic of the city’s most iconic destinations and is already creating buzz as the year’s most anticipated holiday original movie.

Great American Christmas returns on October 21 with new holiday movie premieres every Saturday and Sunday and 24/7 Christmas movies through the end of the year.

Michael Damian and Janeen Damian have collaborated on 17 original movies, including the highest-rated holiday film of 2020, “The Christmas Waltz.” The prolific team has written all 17 films together with Michael Damian having directed all except two of the films, “Falling for Christmas” and “Irish Wish,” which Janeen Damian directed. The pair is also the auspices behind the Great American Christmas hit of 2021, “A Hot Cocoa Christmas.”

In “Paris Christmas Waltz,” Emma relinquishes her job so a colleague with a family will keep his. Contemplating life’s next steps, Emma meets a professional dancer, Leo whose love for competitive dancing is waning, until a once in a lifetime opportunity arises for the novice to join the pro and sweep all of Paris off its feet.

“Paris Christmas Waltz” is executive produced by Brad Krevoy, Amy Krell, Jimmy Townsend, and Lorenzo Nardini. Janeen Damian is a producer. Michael Damian directed it from an original screenplay by Janeen Damian and Michael Damian.
