Nestled on Weehawken’s Hudson River waterfront, Blu on the Hudson offers a front-row seat to New York City’s iconic skyline, only a quick five-minute ferry ride from Midtown.
This Labor Day, enjoy al fresco dining on Blu’s spacious patio, where Executive Chef Juan “J.C.” Ortega presents a seafood-forward menu featuring fresh seafood towers, hand-crafted pastas, prime steaks, and seasonal highlights.
Complementing the menu is a thoughtful Beverage Program from Jeremy Le Blanche, known for creative cocktails with just the right touch of flair. The experience is completed by a global wine list curated by Sommelier Adam Greer, designed to pair beautifully with every dish.
