“The Shift,” starring Kristoffer Polaha, is nominated for seven ICFF awards International Christian Film Festival (ICFF) awards. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.

Polaha has been nominated for “Best Lead Actor,” Brock Heasley for “Best Screenplay” and “Best Director,” Neal McDonough for “Best Supporting Actor,” Elizabeth Tabish for “Best Supporting Actress,” “Best Cinematography,” and finally, a nod in the prestigious “Best Picture” category.

“The Shift,” written and directed by Brock Heasley, was released via Angel Studios, which is the same studio that brought us “Sound of Freedom.”

It follows a man named Kevin who finds himself in a dystopian world confronted by a mysterious stranger known as “The Benefactor” who presents him with challenges as he fights to shift realities and return to the woman he loves.
