Club A Steakhouse celebrated a major milestone: 48 years in New York City. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.
“48 looks pretty good on us! 🥂✨ 48 years. One place. Countless stories. While we may no longer be Bruno Restaurant, the spirit lives on — now as Club A,” the restaurant posted on Instagram.
“For the first 30 years, we served up Italian classics. For the last 18, we’ve been cutting into steaks. Different chapters, different menus, but the same passion, the same place, and the same love for bringing people together around a great meal. To every guest who has walked through our doors over the years — thank you. ❤️ Whether you came in for a quick dinner, a big celebration, a first date, an anniversary, a business meal, or just a great steak and a glass of wine, you became part of our story,” they expressed.
“A huge thank you to our purveyors and partners, who have helped us put incredible food and wine on the table year after year. We’re grateful for the relationships, the trust, and the people behind the products we proudly serve,” they noted.
“And to our hardworking staff — past and present — we salute you. The long nights, the early mornings, the countless plates, pours, smiles, celebrations, and everything that happens behind the scenes… you are the heart of this place. ❤️ 48 years doesn’t happen without a whole lot of people who care,” they said, effusively.
“From Bruno to Club A, from Italian classics to prime steaks, from one generation of New Yorkers to the next — we’re incredibly grateful to have been part of this city’s dining story for nearly five decades. Here’s to the memories we’ve made, the people who made them, and all the deliciousness still to come. 🥩🍝🍷Cheers to 48! 🥂✨ And cheers to all of you who made the ride so magical,” they concluded.
Congratulations again to Club A Steakhouse on this magnanimous milestone, and here’s to the next 48 years!
