At 4 a.m ET the the Shie LaBeouf was taken into custody by the Chathan County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia. The 31 year old actor was booked for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and obstruction. He was released at 4 a.m. ET on $3,500 bail.
The Transformers star was also arrested in 2008 and 2014 on similiar charges. After the 2014 arrest the actor sought “treatment for alcohol addiction, according to a representative.
