Global music star Adam Lambert released his spitfire and enthralling single “You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real)” with Sigala. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.
The song is upbeat, liberating, and a great deal of fun. Lambert’s voice is as resonant and powerful as ever. His new single “You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real)” is the official song of London Pride, it is a cover of the 1978 classic disco party anthem by LGBTQ+ pioneer Sylvester about celebrating self, freedom and uniting everyone. On June 23, Lambert will perform the song live on Good Morning America and on July 1, Lambert will headline London Pride.
Recently earning his fifth top 10 on Billboard’s Album Sales Chart with High Drama (BMG), Lambert’s latest solo album showcases a diverse roster of songs ranging from the old to the new, held together by his once-in-a-generation voice. Executive produced by Adam himself, alongside production from the likes of Tommy English (Kacey Musgraves, Carly Rae Jepsen), Andrew Wells (Halsey, OneRepublic), George Moore and Mark Crew, tracks include glam-rock retellings of songs including “Ordinary World,” “Holding Out For A Hero” “Getting Older,” and more.
High Drama kickstarted the next chapter in Lambert’s solo career, and of course draws on his well-known penchant for HIGH DRAMA! An artist comfortable in his own skin, being well and truly himself, and loving every minute.
Sigala has had another incredible year, playing to fans across the globe and consistently releasing smash singles. Every Cloud – Silver Linings will also include “Lasting Lover” with James Arthur, “Melody,” “Stay The Night” with Talia Mar, “Rely On Me,” “Wish You Well” with Becky Hill, the David Guetta and Sam Ryder collaboration “Living Without You,” and recent release “Radio” with MNEK. After eight UK Top 10 singles, a BRIT Nomination for Best Single with “Lullaby,” seven global Platinum singles, nine global Gold singles, seven million UK sales, 22 million worldwide sales, 4 billion audio streams and over one billion video views, Sigala is showing no sign of slowing down.
