Juliette Cecile sat down and chatted with #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos at this year’s VertiCon.
On being a part of VertiCon, she exclaimed, “It’s fun… I like being here with family and friends.”
She recently starred with Ryan Larson in “My CEO Loves My Voice.” The synopsis is: Single mom by day, Abby Green (Juliette Cecile) moonlights as a phone-sex operator falling for her top client. Little does she know her top client is her terrifying CEO, Parker Bronson (Ryan Larson), the one man who can’t get her voice out of his head.
“Doing the vertical with Ryan was good,” she said. “This was my first lead, where I played a spicy sub, so I was a bit nervous, but magic was made. I liked it. It was a great experience.”
On playing her character, she said, “It was a dual character! She was a very shy person during the day but very vibrant, fiery and authoritative at night. I loved playing both sides of her… that was so fun!”
On the lessons learned from the screenplay, she said, “What is really funny is that I had that realization a few days ago… that fantasies don’t have to feel natural for them to be valid. You can play, act, and be actors in your own fantasy lens. You can just pretend, and then, everything takes over. It is okay to pretend sometimes. It doesn’t take away from the fun.”
For her fans, she expressed, “Thank you so much for supporting me. It is always crazy to image that there are people watching my projects. I am always so shocked when people recognize me. I can’t believe it’s happening, but thank you guys. It’s a blessing!”
“The one thing I want fans to get out of this is to play more and to be more playful. Intimacy doesn’t just happen in the bedroom. It happens all day long. you can be really intimate and you can have foreplay from the moment you wake up by just putting your mind to it. I like the fact that in this vertical, it was never in person… that proved that you don’t have to be next to your person to be able to flirt with them and be intimate with them all day long,” she explained.
