Actors Franky Cammarata and Mellissa Goodwin star in the new vertical drama “I’ll Marry Your Brother” on WEBTOON. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the scoop.
The synopsis is: After her cheating husband betrays her and steals her family’s company, a wealthy heiress (played by a stunning Mellissa Goodwin) wakes up five years in the past on her wedding day, vowing to take revenge by destroying him at all costs, even if it means marrying his older brother Patrick Graves (Franky Cammarata).
Franky Cammarata charms as Patrick, and he works well opposite a lovely Mellissa Goodwin, who is able to balance pain and joy quite well. They do the digital comic justice with their soaring live action performances. Their chemistry is exceptional and they will sustain the viewer’s attention for its entire duration.
Paul Addison is noteworthy Patrick’s nefarious younger brother. Roku Long deserves to be commended for the direction.
The Verdict
Overall, “I’ll Marry Your Brother” is an entertaining new vertical that is worth checking out. Franky Cammarata and Mellissa Goodwin are delightful in their roles, and it is the feel-good escapism the audience needs. It garners 4.5 out of 5 stars. Well done.
