Franky Cammarata chatted with #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos about starring in “I’ll Marry Your Brother” on WEBTOON.
The synopsis is: After her cheating husband betrays her and steals her family’s company, a wealthy heiress (played by Mellissa Goodwin) wakes up five years in the past on her wedding day, vowing to take revenge by destroying him at all costs, even if it means marrying his older brother Patrick Graves (Franky Cammarata).
On being a part of this new show, he said, “It was a really fun project. They were really excited about that one just because this was their first six projects for live adaptation for their comics. So, it was it was a lot of fun. The audience seems to be liking it too.”
“This was my second time working with Mellissa Goodwin, my co-star,” he said. “It was nice to have that connection with her already. We had a great cast and crew!”
Cammarata also recalled working with actress Jameson Leigh on two prior projects. “Jameson is awesome too,” he exclaimed. “I love working with her, and I hope to work with her again soon. She is just so good! Jameson elevates my game and she brings it every time.”
For his fans, he remarked about “I’ll Marry Your Brother, “I would definitely love for you guys to check it out on WEBTOON. I there is already a big fan-base there. I knew some people were a bit skeptical about them doing a live action for these comics, but the fans are very loyal and passionate.”
“I really think the fans are going to enjoy these. The stories are great, we all had great chemistry on set, and the director, Roku, was amazing to work with. It was a blast all around,” he concluded.
