ITV viewers quickly jumped to Anne’s defence as one tweeted: “He always does that Anne #TheChase.”
“Bless you, Anne for making me laugh after such a s**t day #thechase,” another tweeted.
Someone else exclaimed: “Brad, cheating!! #TheChase.”
Only Cally and Robin were able to make it through to the final chase but the pair beat Anne and took home £12,000.
The Chase airs weekdays on ITV at 5pm.
