EE is offering you over 100 FREE Xbox games with its new broadband deal

There’s never been a better time to secure a new broadband deal, with the UK’s biggest Internet Service Providers (ISPs) slashing monthly prices. And now, EE has joined the party with an incredible offer for video game fans.

The firm might be renowned for its 5G network, but it also supplies some very speedy internet access to millions of homes with some customers able to whizz files and films into their living rooms at speeds over 900Mbps – at that rapid rate you can download a full HD movie in under a minute.

If you’re lucky enough to have EE’s best fibre broadband in your street, there’s more good news as the firm is now throwing in some freebies when taking out certain plans. From today, anyone signing up for Fibre Max 900 will get 12 months of access to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for free. This popular subscription service offers full access to hundreds of games such as Forza 5 and FIFA and usually costs £10.99 per month.

You can play any of the games included in your subscription on an Xbox Series S, Series X, Xbox One, or PC. If you don’t want to install the game, but rather stream it from the cloud, Xbox Games Pass Ultimate subscribers can play the latest blockbuster titles, including Halo Infinite, on an iPad with a Bluetooth controller paired (including the official Xbox wireless controller), iPhone, Android tablet and handsets.

Xbox Games Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Live, so you can jump into multiplayer matches online, organise voice calls with friends and colleagues, and more.

Along with that year-long offer, there’s also a six-month pass available to those joining EE’s Full Fibre Max 500 plan, which features slightly slower 500Mbps broadband speeds.

It’s worth noting that not everyone can get these speeds from EE so it’s worth checking the firm’s website to see if this technology is in your street. Those lucky enough to have EE’s full-fibre will also receive inclusive unlimited mobile gaming data, so they can carry on gaming on EE’s superfast 5G network when they’re out and about.

Speaking about the new deal Alistair Wilson, Director of Devices and Partnerships, EE said: “Matching Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with our advanced Full Fibre service will allow gamers to experience the full benefits of our next-gen network and help them to optimise their performance. We’re also giving EE mobile customers who take out EE Full Fibre, unlimited mobile data for gaming at no extra cost too – so not only can they benefit from the latest next-gen cloud gaming when at home, they can also access our superfast 5G network to carry on gaming on the move.”
