It comes as Meghan and Harry have been urged to return to the UK for Lilibet’s christening to help repair bridges.
Speaking to Palace Confidential on Mail+, Mr Lloyd said: “It would be nice for the Queen to meet her, nice for it to be documented and of course the baby would get to wear the royal christening robes.
“It would be a diplomatic and nice way of building bridges to have the whole family together to celebrate Lilibet’s arrival.”
