Nintendo Switch OLED UK stock: Buy now, pay later and delivered in time for Christmas

There’s good news for Christmas shoppers, because the Nintendo Switch OLED Model is back in stock in the UK.

The new and improved Nintendo Switch is a big step up from the original, offering a brighter screen with superior sound.

Whether you already own a Switch or are looking to upgrade, the OLED Model is currently in stock at UK retailer Box.

Customers can pick up the white version of the OLED Switch for £309.99 from Box.

Best of all, the retailer is offering next-day delivery, which means you’ll receive the console within 24-hours.

You can also buy now and pay later with options like Klarna and PayPal Credit available at checkout.

Elsewhere, the Nintendo Switch OLED is still in stock at GAME, where customers can grab the console with a bundled game.

Bundled games include Metroid Dread, Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, Mario Party, Animal Crossing or Mario Kart.

Alternatively, you can buy the console by itself for £309.99, similar to Box.

As the name suggests, the headline new feature is the OLED display, which provides a more vibrant experience.

Indeed, the new device features more vibrant colours and a higher contrast compared to the current Switch and Switch Lite.

While the console itself is similar in size to the previous model, the screen actually measures in at 7-inches.

Other improvements include a wider adjustable stand for tabletop mode, as well as a LAN port for improved online performance.

With 64BG of internal storage, the Nintendo Switch OLED Model can hold more games – although you’ll probably still need an SD card if you download lots of games.

Finally, the Nintendo Switch OLED Model features improved audio thanks to the beefier speakers.

If you’re looking for a game to enjoy with your brand new Nintendo Switch, then look no further than Metroid Dread.

A direct sequel to Metroid Fusion, Dread shifts the action to a brand new planet with a deadly threat.

“To complete Samus’ mission, navigate your way through the depths of a sprawling planet full of unique environments, perilous danger and mysterious secrets,” reads the official description.

“Use new and familiar abilities to traverse these labyrinths, consult the map to find your way and dispatch hostile enemies in your path using powerful weapons.”
