PS5 stock UK: Earliest GAME, Very, Amazon PlayStation 5 restock dates

June got off to a solid start, and it looks like more PS5 stock drops are being planned for the coming days.

The good news is that we have a new selection of predictions for PlayStation restock dates from Amazon, GAME and Very.

And while nothing is expected to happen today, it shouldn’t be long before gamers get their first chance to buy a next-gen console.

From what has been shared so far, the next PS5 stock drop is expected on Tuesday, June 8.

This remains a prediction for now, but there’s plenty of solid information suggesting something is being planned.

There is a slim chance that GAME will be restocking the PlayStation 5 today; however, it is more likely that this will happen between June 8 and June 10.

So technically, the PS5 restock date for this week will be June 7, but not much is expected to happen for another 24-hours.

GAME is just one of several UK retailers that have been linked to restock this week, with Smyths Toys and Very also part of the list.

Meanwhile, ASDA, AO, ShopTo and John Lewis are also expected to offer something over the coming days.

GAME seems like the surest bet on shipping stock this week, having been linked to several dates in June.

A message from the PS5 Stock Alert UK account – a reliable source for information – provided these list of potential dates, telling gamers on Twitter: “Last week was disappointing with stock, but here is what we can expect this week:

• AO: 8th-10th
• ASDA: 8th-10th
• GAME: 8th-9th
• John Lewis: 8th
• Scan: 11th
• ShopTo: 8th-10th
• Smyths Toys: 10th-12th
• Studio: 8th-10th
• Very: 8th-10th.

They also warned: “Please keep in mind these dates are not a guarantee, but only predictions based on previous restock patterns.

“The most likely to drop on that list is GAME, AO, and Smyths Toys (who haven’t restocked in 30 days now). The rest are slightly possible.”

Other retailers, like Currys, Amazon and Argos, have also been linked to restocks during June but are not expected to release the consoles until later this month.

The official Smyths website confirms that PlayStation 5 disc consoles will be available again in June, although no further information has been shared on what date this new restock will start.

Other big retailers are also dropping stock during June but won’t be doing it this week. Amazon UK is expected to offer another shipment of consoles before the end of the month.

Argos has become a major supplier of next-gen consoles in 2021 and will be offering its next big drop in the coming weeks.

From what has been shared so far, the next Argos PS5 stock drop will happen around June 22.

AMAZON UK: Amazon UK runs better under strain but still comes with a few kinks worth mentioning. Having an account set up with your card details is a good start, and gamers should also try adding a console to their wishlist before checking out. More stock is expected before June 10.

ARGOS: The Argos website is notorious for crashing and being unable to complete purchases when site traffic is high. Stock trackers suggest using the mobile Argos app and keeping an eye on local store listings. Argos is not expected to receive any more stock until later in June.

GAME: GAME is a UK retailer that offers the most regular stock updates for PS5 consoles. However, console hunters have been warned to use Guest Checkout, as this option is less likely to crash when completing a purchase. GAME is expected to restock the PlayStation 5 in the next seven days.
