Review: Samatha’s Friends celebrates 29 years in Lakewood Ranch, Florida

On May and 5, the “Samantha’s Friends” benefit fundraiser took place in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. #Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos has the recap.

This year’s celebrity of actors and filmmakers lineup included Eric Martsolf, Kyle Lowder, Eric Nelsen, Jordi Vilasuso, Carson Boatman, Finola Hughes, Mike Manning, Kristos Andrews, Gregori J. Martin, and Stacy Haiduk. These diverse actors have been a part of such daytime dramas as “Days of Our Lives,” “General Hospital,” “The Young and The Restless,” and “The Bay.”

“Our 29th year of Samantha’s Friends was a huge success and the best one yet,” Sammy Lee Bozza exclaimed. “Thanks to all our supporters, who come to donate their time and talent year after year to help this very worthwhile nonprofit charity. We had gorgeous service canines that the entire crowd went wild for. Awesome and Amazing Celebrities and entertainment.”

“My heart is so full right now it’s going to explode,” she said. “Get read for Samantha’s Friends ‘Golden Age of Hollywood’ on September 14 and 15,” she added.

The event benefits multiple 501(c)(3) charitable organizations.

Chad Johnson remarked, “Samantha’s Friends feels like a big family reunion, and I always look forward to these weekends. Samantha’s Friends brings me happiness and laughter all while supporting good causes.”
