However, the moment was missing from the Snyder Cut. But today, Zack himself has shared the epilogue’s&nbsp;deleted scene with The Joker and Ben Affleck’s Batman, in the director’s black and white “Justice Is Gray” version of the&nbsp;<a data-link-tracking=”InArticle|Link” href=”https://www.express.co.uk/latest/dc-comics” target=”_blank” rel=”tag”>DC</a> movie.</p></div><div readability=”40.345514950166″><p>Zack wrote: “We live in a society… where you can watch Zack Snyder’s Justice League on HBO Max.”</p><p>The director also included a link to Leto’s “We live in a society” t-shirts on his band 30 Seconds to Mars’ online store.</p><p>Half of the profits made from the t-shirt sales will benefit the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention, in memory of Zack’s daughter Autumn.</p><p>She had tragically died by suicide during production on Justice League, which the director dropped out of so he could be with his family.</p><p><strong>READ MORE:&nbsp;<a data-link-tracking=”InArticle|Link” href=”https://www.express.co.uk/entertainment/films/1413622/Justice-League-2-Restore-the-SnyderVerse-Batman-Joker-HBO-Max-Warner-Bros” data-name=”Justice League 2 ‘SnyderVerse likely to continue on HBO Max as series’” target=”_blank”>Justice League 2 ‘SnyderVerse likely to continue on HBO Max as series’</a></strong></p></div><div readability=”11.13707165109″><div class=”text-description” readability=”45″><p>The Snyder Cut deleted scene takes place in the Knightmare future and begins with Batman confronting The Joker.</p><p>The Dark Knight says: “Y’know, it’s funny. He would talk about people who would die in my arms.</p><p>“Because when I killed Harley Quinn and she was bleeding and dying, she begged me with her last breath, that when I killed you – and make no mistake I will f***ing kill you – that I do it slow.</p><p>“I’m going to honour that promise.” Batman then snatched a Joker card out of his nemesis’ hand. He added: “Maybe this will come in handy.”</p></div></div><div readability=”53.313850063532″><p>Speaking with <a data-link-tracking=”InArticle|Link” rel=”nofollow” href=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xItQbmGam8g” target=”_blank”>Wonder Meg</a> around the Justice League Snyder Cut’s release, Zack shared why the “We live in a society’ moment was left out of his version of the movie.</p><p>The 55-year-old said: “Yes there was a version of that. What I was trying to do was a second for the black and white version of the movie – for the charity version of the movie – there’s a second ending of the movie, of the Jared Leto scene, that included that line.</p><p>“The truth is, it’s an either-or moment. But right at the end of this episode turned up a familiar face from <a data-link-tracking=”InArticle|Link” href=”https://www.express.co.uk/latest/marvel” target=”_blank” rel=”tag”>Marvel</a>’s Avengers Infinity War, Black Panther and Captain America Civil War.</p></div><div readability=”45.342443729904″><p>As Bucky was walking along a street in Latvia, he spotted some mysterious beads which led him to come face to face with Florence Kasumba’s Ayo.</p><p>Second-in-command of the Dora Milaje, the elite female bodyguards of Wakanda’s special forces, she is also King T’Challa’s head of security.</p><p>In Captain America Civil War, Ayo travelled with King T’Chaka to Vienna, where he took part in the ratification of the Sokovia Accords.</p><p>Following the monarch’s death, she continued to closely protect the new Black Panther, his son King T’Challa.</p><p><strong>READ MORE:&nbsp;<a data-link-tracking=”InArticle|Link” href=”https://www.express.co.uk/entertainment/films/1411338/Falcon-and-Winter-Soldier-timeline-Avengers-Endgame-WandaVision-Spider-Man-Far-From-Home” data-name=”Falcon and Winter Soldier: When it takes place after Avengers Endgame ” target=”_blank”>Falcon and Winter Soldier: When it takes place after Avengers Endgame</a></strong></p></div><div readability=”10.43216080402″><div class=”text-description” readability=”43.067437379576″><p>Ayo also featured in Black Panther and Avengers Infinity War, with the latter seeing her protect Shuri while she worked on separating Vision from the Mind Stone.</p><p>As for why the Wakandan has now turned up in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, she’s asking for the whereabouts of Zemo.</p><p>But Bucky isn’t surprised having said: “I was wondering when you were going to show up.”</p><p>As pointed out by the <a data-link-tracking=”InArticle|Link” rel=”nofollow” href=”https://www.radiotimes.com/tv/sci-fi/falcon-winter-soldier-wakanda-ayo/” target=”_blank”>Radio Times</a>, earlier on in the episode Sam had warned Bucky of the dangers of breaking Zemo out of prison to help them.</p></div></div><div readability=”47″><p>After this, Zemo was imprisoned where the Wakandans wanted the murderer of their last King to remain.</p><p>But now he’s out, no doubt Ayo and the Civil War villain will be clashing in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier’s episode 4.</p><p>We’d also expect to see her return in Black Panther 2, which begins shooting this summer for a July 8, 2022 release.</p><p>Following Chadwick Boseman’s tragic death last year, Marvel Studios have confirmed he will rightly not be recast.</p></div><div readability=”47″><p>However, the late star’s T’Challa is still alive at this point in the MCU, having been brought back to life by Hulk’s reverse snap in Avengers Endgame.</p><p>So it remains unclear how the character will bow out in Black Panther 2, which will be written and directed by Ryan Coogler once again.</p><p>As for who will be next to take up the Black Panther mantle, his sister Shuri is an obvious candidate or even M’Baku.</p><p>Although, there are theories out there that Killmonger will be resurrected to become the next King of Wakanda.</p></div><p><strong><a href=”https://blockads.fivefilters.org”></a></strong> <a href=”https://blockads.fivefilters.org/acceptable.html”>(Why?)</a></p> Fri, 02 Apr 2021 15:13:00 +0000 George Simpson
